For a technical problem, include what you expected, what happened, and the Chassis version shown in Settings. Your iPhone model, iOS version, and steps that reproduce the issue may also help.

Do not email passwords, payment information, API keys, full VINs, or sensitive vehicle files.

Optional diagnostics

To create a support bundle, open Settings → Help & Support → Diagnostics → Export Diagnostics. It is designed to exclude vehicle records, notes, photos, and imports. Review the bundle before attaching it.
